Whenever you want to "reduce" you'll have to do some exercise. Walking is the best for this! If you can walk at a brisk pace for 25-30 minutes starting out, this will burn fat and sculpt your body very nice. Walking is excellent. I wouldn't suggest any exercises targeted specifically for your thighs, as you're wanting to "reduce" not to build. Walking will do this for you, but you'll need to commit to 5-6 days a week for it. You'll look and feel better too.
If you can't or don't want to walk there are many dvd's available too that you can look at on line, just find something aerobic, like tae bo, kickboxing, step, anything that makes you move, and that you enjoy and start doing it at home, it 's really fun. Hope this helps some...

old fashion diet & exercise. do cardio + weight training using light weights, do squats, lunges etc. about 3 sets of 15 each.
