It's a perfect circle, it's red.... only hurts when I touch it.... went to bed saturday nite.. noticed it yesterday.. 6/4/06... could it be a tick?

YES. the bullseye is the pinpoint external symptom to signify a tick bite and that you have a high probability of getting/having LYME DISEASE. Go to a doctor ASAP. Go to the emergency room if you hacve to. Do not wait till tomorrow. Make sure that you get a prescription for DOXYCYCLINE.
This is an antibiotic and is the only drug know to combat lyme disease in its infancy.

You could have been bitten by a tick. Ticks cause Lyme Disease. You should go to the doctor asap!
