Are your pets vegetarian/vegan as well?
Also, as I'm a new vegetarian, I've been doing a lot of reading online...and I'm shocked at what actually contains animal ingredients. Cheese? I can't have cheese? I NEED to find a GOOD cheese that doesn't contain animal enzymes.
Even my fave cereal is out- Mini Wheats. Gosh. I'm beginning to wonder if this is doable for me and my daughter.

and my partner has told me he went dear hunting when he was younger and was boasting about it, do you think he should of told me this or not? i feel he said it just to show of but why show off about trying to kill a deer for no reason and to a vegetarian!!! i feel there was no need to tell me this! ive only recently turned vegetarian again i was one for four years before then started to eat meat again but then since the new program ''kill it, cook it eat it'' have turned into one again but for good this time! i feel he said it just to get at me because why say it just when ive turned veg coz i hate animals suffering. he dont see no wrong in this so i was wanting others opinions?

I first heard it 20 years ago. Rick Allen from one of my all time favourite bands Def Leppard is a vegan. I did not fully understand how a vegan would eat at the time because my family are omnivores. A full twenty years later via vegetarianism - I followed in his footsteps!!

As a vegitarian, I find it to be quite annoying when labels can't just state what is really contained in the product. Most vegitarians aren't aware what Natural Flavor means.

herbivores= vegetarian
omnivores= both
carnivores= meat lover

I understand that humans are truely omnivores but I tend to lean towards carnivores cuz I love meat & I rarely eat fruits and veggies.

A link was given by an answerer to a taiwan company where they make loads of veggie stuff. I forgot the name of the company. I'm also looking for european online stores that also deliver veggie products outside their own country. Here in Holland I can't seem to find a lot of tasty products. Any suggestions?

Do they use animal bones to whiten the raw cane sugar in green and blacks chocolate. I keep hearing on the internet about they use animal bones in sugars to whiten it. Is it true iam a vegan and the chocolate is for vegetarians and vegans so useing animal bones is wrong. Being a vegan is arble but i dont want to eat meat, fish, dairy cause i heard that the cows blood touches the cows milk.

I am a long time Veggy (20+yrs) and I have a son who eats a balanced diet including meat and fish. I do refuse to let him eat McDonalds etc and explain to him why. Came back to visit friends in UK who now have kids and a lot of them make there kids follow there vegetarian diet. I believe this to be wrong no matter what you feel your children should be allowed to make basic choices with guidance and a 5 yr old does not know if he wants to be veggy or not. Nor does he know what to eat if he is lacking in certain minerals vitamins etc. I think this is bad parenting, no matter what your beliefs are I have no qulams of making my son a bacon butty if he wants one. Your opinion pls is making kids veggy bad parenting and pls no stupid answers although I know will get them.
