No, the bulk of the fruit is where the fiber comes from, especially the "pith" which is the white stuff around the orange. If I want orange juice with extra fiber, I'll put a whole peeled orange in the blender. Store bought orange juice also contains additives that you don't really want floating around in your system (many add high fructose corn syrup), not to mention they put in the crushed shells of African beetles to keep it a nice bright color. ewww...

Orange juice is a lot better than orange soda, but it can't compare to an actual orange.

no, im afraid getting it from a whole fruit is better and certainly higher in fiber, which is easier for your body to absorb. juice is just water and natural (but it still is) sugar

check the labels....and then read labels for oranges (ya know, the ones in the bag or whateva)
