I find it important to please all guests and if you need to serve a vegetarian meal to a group, It must be filling and not just tofu or bird feed...(as some may see it)?

I'm looking to gain a little muscle, but I'm a vegetarian. I heard (in?)correctly that I need to double my daily intake of protein from 60g a day to 120g a day in order to gain muscle mass from resistance exercises, but I think this number might be exaggerated. If it is not, what are some concentrated, inexpensive sources of protein I could use?

Hey everyone I was just wondering if someone has a list of as much food as possible that doesn't have gelatin in it. Also are their any brands of marshmellows that don't have gelatin in it? Thanks in advanced.

Lately I have been noticing that I smell like paprika. It's not strong at all, infact it's VERY faint...But it's def. paprika. I am a vegetarian for 13 years now and I rarely eat things cooked with paprika. I swear I bathe daily change clothes etc...I am wondering if it's an imbalance like my body is telling me I'm lacking a certain vitamin or I may be sick or something. What do you think? Please don't tell me I need to eat meat bc I really dont think that's the answer. Thank you so much!!

I heard of a grain, when I was in culinary school, that had as much protein as cheese per serving. All I really remember of it is that the name started with a Q. Thanks.

I've heard so many rumors about soymilk-it's a miracle super healthy food, it's a terribly misseen food containing toxins and every good idea about it is a lie from manufacterers. Does anyone know the truth?
