When I was a kid I didn't like the texture of mushrooms, but since then my tastes have matured. I love love love mushrooms now, especially sauteed mmmmmm.

Actually, mushrooms aren't vegetables.
They aren't animals either, but they have their own "kingdom".
So can vegetarians eat them - they are definitely not vegetables nor are they fruits.
