You can get vegetables anywhere. I don't know any culture that subsists solely on meat.

You will find that Africans don't eat as much meat as we do here in America. There should be many veggies. grains, and legumes available for you to eat.

undeniable pasta (in the previous you place something with it) would not have any meat in it and so is vegetarian. it might purely no longer be vegetarian in case you have been to place meat with it or a non vegetarian sauce.
