just wondering if you plan your dinner meals weekly/fornightly ect or if you just cook whatever you feel like on that day..

i want to start making a weekly/fortnightly dinner plan..but i cant get any ideas.

how do you do it? and is it cheaper planning meals ahead?

A question for all you bakers out there....

I'm looking for Phyllo dough. Can I purchase it in a regular supermarket or do I need to go a specialty store? If I can purchase it in a regular supermarket, which ones carry it?

I love to bake but have never made a cheesecake. I found a pumpkin cheesecake recipe online and want to make it for Thanksgiving dinner. I would like to make it a little healthier but don't know what results I would get if I use fat free or low fat cream cheese. If you've made a cheesecake please pass on your tips (even if they don't pertain to the substution of the cream cheese.)

Thanks in advance for the advice. I want to wow the cheesecake lovers in my family with this dessert.

In your opinion what seasoning or spices would you use as an add on to a recipe to 'spike it up" like a secret ingredient?

I'm looking for something for recipes that will make people ask 'what's in it?"

There is this dessert that is sooo good, but I'm not sure what it's called. It tastes buttery, is cut into squares, sometimes has pecans on the top, and the bottom is this cookie crumb. There's chocolate in it too. If you know any good recipes for this too, that'd be great!
