i have rice flour, not regular flour

you dont have to add additional gluten to normal baking flour. Gluten is built in

Gluten is found in wheat, rye, oats, and barley.

Rice flour has no gluten. If you are baking, you need to get some wheat flour instead of rice flour.

Umm... do you have flour? (I assume yes, since you are baking...). You don't need to have "gluten", the flour has gluten in it.
