Can anyone direct me to a site or give me some recipes on dinners that can be frozen and reheated later? I need to make something for a woman that had a death in the family, but want something that can be frozen, and not ruined when it's reheated. THANK YOU !

Walnuts, brazil nuts, hazelnuts and pecans all tend to be eaten as part of the traditional Christmas spread of food in Britain. Is there a reason why nuts are eaten more at this time of year than at others? Is it to do with seasonality of nut harvests or importing times, or something like that?
