not albacore, cheap crap, either yellow fin tuna, big-eye, or blue fins are the most popular and expensive. my opinion, blue fins got the most fat in it and best tasteing by far.

Dolphin Friendly. In Spring Water, done in a Malted loaf bread Sandwich, with mayonnaise and Lettuce and Cucumber. So basically a Tuna Mayo sarnie with salad.

Albacore is the best quality tuna, with yellow-fin in at a close second.

Definetly get a name brand like Chicken of the Sea or Starkist and get Albacore. Yummy.

Albacore is the most expensive. Skipjack tuna is also very good.

Albacore in spring water is correct if you are going canned. If fresh, you want "sushi grade". Grade 2 is good also, but avoid grill grade!
