not albacore, cheap crap, either yellow fin tuna, big-eye, or blue fins are the most popular and expensive. my opinion, blue fins got the most fat in it and best tasteing by far.

Dolphin Friendly. In Spring Water, done in a Malted loaf bread Sandwich, with mayonnaise and Lettuce and Cucumber. So basically a Tuna Mayo sarnie with salad.

but it is hard to get because 90% of the bluefin caught in the North Atlantic is exported to Japan within minutes of the fishing boats arrival at port.

Albacore in spring water is correct if you are going canned. If fresh, you want "sushi grade". Grade 2 is good also, but avoid grill grade!
