Yup...

Can Do.

Go to the grocery and get about a half pound of
frozen shrimp, Seafood Sauce, and a large bottle of beer.
Thaw and clean the shrimp. Place the shrimp in
a pot with the beer. Boil the beer and shrimp until
the shrimp get white, but not HARD. Let them float
in the beer until supper time is close. Just before
supper, pull the shrimp out and place them on ice
chips to chill. Serve the shrimp as an appetizer with
sauce on the side. About 6 - 9 each makes a fine
appetizer. Serve this with a small glass of white wine
that you like.

Main Course:

Serve Small Filet Mignon Steaks fried in whole butter
atop your stove in a black frying pan. Cook steaks
with salt and pepper on one side, when done on that side, turn once to the other side. Cook until blood juices come
to the surface. Stop cooking. Check steaks with knife slice... They should be brown top and bottom and pink and juicy inside. Add some Teryaki Sauce on top when serving on plates.

Veggies:

Medium Baked Potato. Butter and sour cream laced with Real Bacon Bits. Salt and Pepper to taste.

Brocolli Bits. Take whole head of brocolli and pick off a
number of small branches (little heads), maybe six for each of you. Steam those in a pot with water, 2 squirts of lemon juice, and 2 nice pats of real butter.

Bread:

Toast a plate full of diagonal sliced Italian Bread.
Treat the bread with butter and garlic salt on one
side prior to toasting. Toast only to a golden brown
color.....not HARD. Place two slices on each plate.

Desert:

Small dish of Hagan Daz Vanilla ice Cream with
one or two strawberries on the side.

Drink: During the meal -
Iced Tea with slice of lemon

That should do it nicely.

Cheers,
Zah

Here's a fast one. Take any number of chicken breasts (depends on how many you think you will eat) Roll the chicken breasts in a mixture of bread crumbs and fresh grated parmesan cheese. About a 1/4 cup of parmesan to cup of bread crumbs. Cook in hot oven 400 to 450 degrees until done. Spray the pan you put the cutlets on with spray olive oil. Turn the breasts once and then cook the other side until brown or crispy looking. They are deeelicious. You can cook potato wedges at the same time, or make mashed or rice. The breasts go good with any of the above. For the potato wedges, you cut the potato into wedges, skin and all, roll in garlic salt and a pinch of oregano, spray with olive oil and bake...also deelicous. This meal can be enhanced with a simple salad, cootage cheese and fruit, or cole slaw. Any vegetable will be fine but I usually serve peas and pearl onions. If you make the potato wedges, remove the chicken and then crank the over to broil to add extra crispness to the wedges.

If he is a big meat eater, grill some steaks. If you don't have a grill, rub them with some olive oil and season and fry on medium heat. Make some baked taters and a salad.

You can do a million things with chicken breast, boneless-skinless. Cut them up into bite size pieces, cook them in a skillet with your favorite seasoning like terriayki sauce and serve over rice or pasta. You can also cook them in olive oil with some garlic. If you want some sauce for your pasta get a bottle of Alfredo sauce at the store.

Carbonara.
Fry some chunks of Chicken, then bacon and mushrooms. Cook some vegetable for example I use Broccolli because it's my favourite , add that to the fried food. Cook Pasta and add that also, and then on heat mix in a carbonara sauce.
And that's it...
Simple and very nice.

CHICKEN MARSALA - In first frying pan, Cut boneless chicken into chunks or strips, coat with flour and cook in butter until all sides just start to brown, set aside. In second frying pan, melt butter and add fresh sliced mushrooms (lots) and cook until they just start to soften, add generous amount of Marsala wine and a couple of finely diced garlic cloves and cook for three minutes. Add chicken from first pan and cook until sauce thickens (flour from chicken will thicken sauce), Add a small spritz more Marsala wine ( to refresh Marsala wine flavor) and serve immediately.

Spaghetti always works. If he doesn't like tomato sauce, then look online for a light dressing of some sort. Personally i love spaghetti noodles with some italian dressing sprinkled on them.
