Its okay to have more carbs at breakfast- just get your fiber...OATMEAL! Throw in a banana and a tomato and you are all set. For inbetween mini meals, I eat meat replacement bars from http://dhuizinga.qhealthzone.com... . They are easy, taste great, and fill me up (keep off the weight too!). Let me know- Thanks

It all depends on your Blood Type...

If you're Blood Type is O, it is best to have meat or eggs for breakfast...

If you're an A, it is okay to have breads or cereals, because that is the staple of that blood type's diet, perhaps adding fruit would make the meal more interesting...

If Blood Type B, then I would go with something involving dairy, such as yogurt...

If you are diabetic like me, you really have to watch it.

It's the no-cooking part that's hard.

I usually have eggs, now that they are loosing the bad reputation that the "smart" people gave them.

Breakfast is my main meal, so I do invest time in preparing it.

Cheese, onion and mushroom omelets I like, often make omelets with whatever left-over veggies might be in the frig. And of course, garlic, lots and lots of garlic. It is good for your health because your breath keeps the sick people at distance...

Aubergines and coddled eggs I like, often some sort of meat.

I like oatmeal and cereals, but just can't get away with it.

Whole grains are good carbs so I'd say a whole wheat cereal with cut up fruit or whole wheat toast with fruit spread.

For lunch, have Amy's No chicken noodle soup. It's VERY good along with a nice salad.
