Banana Au Gratin - (Jamaican)
12xgreen bananas
2cupmilk
1/4cupmelted butter 1/2 stick butter
2tspcinnamon
1cupcheese grated
2xeggs slightly beaten
1/2tspsalt
Method :
* Booil banans until cooked. Mash. Add milk, butter, cinnamon, eggs, salt & 3/4 cup cheese. Mix well.
* Put into a greased baking dish, sprinkle the rest of cheese on top. Bake for 15 minutes in a slow oven. Garnish with parsley.

Why don't you try jerk chicken,you can purchase the sauce form the grocer and marinate your chicken in it and bake in the oven,it's got a kick ,infact I'm enjoying some now with rice.
