I have integrated a low-sodium diet for myself lately due to a pre-hypertensive state (the beginning stages of high blood pressure) that I am trying to gain control of. So far, so good. But I am seeking more recipies other than the few I have that are very tasty. Any info or recipie sharing would be great! Thanks!

I am looking for a 7up cake recipe that has chocolate chips at the bottom. I've searched and only come up with recipes that have pineapple or some other fruity icing or topping. My fiancee is looking for chocolate chip something or other... apparently the chocolate chips settle to the bottom so it's like an upside down cake? Any recipes? Thanks!

I get some Hickory Farms Smoked Beef or some kind of summer sausage. (You can even use Keilbasa instead of or with it.) I dice the meat. I open and drain a can of pineapple chunks. I open a jar of sweet and sour sauce. I combine all these ingredients in a sauce pan for the stove, or electric skillet, or a bowl for the microwave oven. I heat it up, and enjoy a great lunch, dinner or snack. I was taught this by an ex-girlfriend. Is there a name for this dish?

Just curious as to their shelf life, er, hanging basket life. How long can they sit in the aerated basket before they absolutely must be used? One week, two weeks?

I live close to sealevel; usually a 5 minute soft boiled egg is just fine, but when I am 1000 metres over sealevel, it is very runny. I realise that the water boils at a lower temperature at altitiude, but how much lower and how much longer should I leave it to boil?
