In a nut shell cooking is taking raw materials, eggs sugar flour potatoes, etc and making something using those raw materials like example deviled eggs and cakes and french fries.

Sounds like you were reheating a frozen item that was already cooked..so, no.
I suppose you can cook a frozen "uncooked" item, but you surely would not have any flavor - and who would want that? It would be shame to not enjoy a well prepared, seasoned dish.

Sure it counts as cooking! If you put food on a fork and put it in you mouth it counts as eating...same principle.

Yes, it's cooking.

It isn't particularly GOOD cooking. But it's cooking.

If anyone complains, tell them that THEY can do the cooking if they don't like it.

oh yeah, baby! at least that's what i tell my husband that's what i'm doing in the kitchen when meals are being prepared!! works for me!
