I saw a cultured pearl farmer cooking this up for his friends on Tv.
They said it was yummy any recipes...?.

It's not oyster, it is called pearl meat and it has more tendons because of the longer growing time, you can cut it off the shell,then slice it and saute with garlic, lemon, ginger and soy, cook as you would abalone, very briefly to keep it from going tough
