I have a recipe for Chicken Enchiladas, but it just says "cooked shredded chicken."

What's the best way to cook chicken for the enchiladas? I don't have a lot of time today so it needs to be semi-fast.

Where do i get a dish that seals in the heat so that when I make rice/tortilla/curry i can put it in and keep it warm for about an hour?

I love Ramen Noodles, even though I know it's not the best thing for me. But as a college student, they're cheap and quick.

My question is, has anybody made Ramen Noodles in a healthier way? I know lessening the seasoning packet or omitting it is one way. Is there any other?

Every time I make my caramel flan and chocoflan it comes out with too much liquid. How do I make it better...more condensed less soggy, more thick!!!

The only liquids I use is milk and half and half show i switch to heavy cream?

I use flour and sometimes I use powderd sugar to roll the dough in. I rub it on the rolling pin too. It still sticks to the pin. I had a wooden pin thought that was the problem so I bought a marble one. Still sticks.

I did a whole wheat cake. Why did it fall in the middle after raising in the oven? Is it becuase of the baking powder or the baking soda? Or is it becuse of the quantity of eggs? Please suggest some recipes please!

I've got chunky and creamy peanut butter as well as grape, strawberry, raspberry and apricot jam.
What do you think? I've also got some apples, bananas, pears and blueberries to work with. Hmmm... wonder if they'd go well in a sandwich. I'm open to other suggestions.
