I am a terrable cook. But when I went to italy I met some french people there so I dont know if what I am asking is a french meal or an itialian meal. What I want to know is how do I make spaggetti and cheese. If you have tasted it in Italy you know what I am talking about. They somehow melt the cheese so it is like a sause on the spegetti. But when I do it, it just burns to the pan and tastes horrible! And please, as I am a bad cook, I would like something simple, with a taset like the regular cheddar or even better Emmintal cheese!

I make mine homemade (yes, I am Polish) but I only make the ricotta cheese, sauerkraut, hamburger with onion or cheese or potato plain or with cheese. That is all my grandma taught me.

But a friend made some with portabella mushrooms. So what exactly do you put in yours?

I'm looking for tools like melon baller, fruit cutters, crinkle cutter, contour knives, etc. I'm planning to make fresh fruit arrangements for gifts. And also, if you have received a gift from Edible Arrangements or happen to work there, what do they use to attach the wooden skewers with the fruits to the basket?

I've tried to saute sea bass twice. First time, I did it on medium high heat, and it overcooked and was like a piece of leather. Second time on medium heat, and it was burned on the outside and undercooked inside. Both times disgusting. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I use green peppers ALOT mostly for flavor, and so do many people i know. wouldn't green pepper powder or flakes be a good idea? sure fresh ones are better, but the go bad if yuo don't use them and you don't always have them on the spure of the moment.
