I'm really hungry (haven't eaten all day) and I only have what is in my cabinet which isn't much. Know anything fast and easy that I could make?

Hmm, that is a hard one... so, you don't have any meat right? Do you have anything high in protein like.. Peanut butter, beans? Or do you have anything that will expand in your stomach like bread? Eat things that have a lot of protein. You need to fill yourself up. Sorry, I can't give you any recipes. I don't know any right now. I could help you more if I knew what was i your cabinet.

Yes, knowing what is in your cabinet would certainly make answering this question a lot easier. Maybe should should just fast for the day.

have a big omelet with the any left overs in the fridge as the filling - try adding thin sliced sauteed potato to bulk it out a bit and have that with toast
or
if you have one of those Campbell's condensed soups then they can usually double up as a sauce for pasta ( they will usually have a recipe idea on the can )

or mac ' n' cheese

you make your white sauce , chuck some cheese in it and a small blob of mustard, salt ,pepper add to cooked pasta sprinkle some cheese on top and grill and there you go lovely

How about pizza toast?
Toast bread on one side then place it toasted side down and spread some ketchup or tomato puree on the bread, add some italian herbs (like oregano) then throw whatever is in your firdge on top, ie meat or onions, pepper sweetcorn, tuna, anything! Top with cheese and grill. Yum Yum

If you have some noodles, you could try to mix that with something that you have in the cabinet. Noodles with butter and S&P is good too.

If you have any sort of spaghetti or pasta just make that and put some butter and garlic on it. Or if you have cheese, milk and flour, you can make a quick cheese sauce to put on top.
