get some boneless chicken breast and cook it in the oven with just a little pepper on it, and then mix a can of cream of celery soup or the cream of mushroom or whatever other kind you like that is creamy. and then get a can of the nacho cheese can by cambles soup and mix the two cans together, and when the chicken is just about done take it out and spread the mix all over the top of the chicken and put it back in to just kinda cook the soup for liek 15 minutes or so. then make some asperagouse, or some grean beans, what ever vegitable you want. and some mashed potatoes or baked potatoes, if you do baked make sure you have the sourcream and chives, butter, stuff like that. its a real good dinner, and its not hard to make! good luck!

Something simple, such as pasta would probably go down well. But make sure you avoid putting onion or garlic into it - theres nothing worse than a first kiss with smelly breath! You could also try a salad and rice dish, or maybe just grill some chicken in a BBQ sauce to get into the summer spirit?

A good old-fashioned Maine Lobster dinner is easy. Boil lobsters for about 10 - 12 minutes. Split tails and remove the vein before serving. Use kitchen shears to split the shell down the back. Serve with melted butter, a baked potato, corn on the cob, and blueberry pie.

In this hot weather, a gourmet salad is always a pleasant alternative to a heavy, hot meal, and most women like to eat lighter anyway. Here are a couple of alternatives that you could just serve with good quality cheese (brie, goat cheese) and sliced baguette for an appetizer/side dish, and some fresh fruit and/or sorbet for dessert:
1. Baby spinach with very thinly sliced red bell pepper, slices of broiled flank steak, a little crumbled bleu or feta cheese, and toasted walnuts in a light balsamic vingrette dressing.
2. Romaine lettuce with halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced yellow bell pepper, sliced avocado and slices of broiled chicken breast in a light caesar or parmesan dressing.
3. Mixed baby field greens with nectarine or mandarin orange slices, toasted slivered almonds, and broiled shrimp or prawns, with a champagne vinagrette dressing.
Any of these would make a terrific and elegant summer supper for a hot evening. Good luck!

Get one of those frozen Birds eye Voila meals and you just add chicken or beef depending on which one you get. Some of them even have the chicken or beef already in them. It's really easy and delicious. You just follow the directions on the package and you've got a one dish meal that's sure to impress. Check the frozen food section in the frozen vegetables section in your supermarket. I think Green Giant makes their version of the same kind of thing. Check 'em out. I like the pasta primavera with chicken. Or try those new Bertolli Italian dinners in the frozen food section. You just heat them up, probably in a frying pan. I haven't tried them yet but they look great.

Shrimp and spaghetti its really easy but it looks good! ;)
Ingredients
Qty. Measurement Description
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined, with tails
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
2 tablespoon dry white wine
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Cook:30 Min (cooking time) Preparation
In a large nonstick skillet over high heat, stir oil, garlic, bay leaf and crushed red pepper until garlic just begins to color, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp (leave tails on for an attractive presentation) and season with salt. Stir until shrimp turn pink, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir wine and lemon juice. Adjust seasonings. Transfer to a platter and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
I hope it helps! ;) BTW ...you put it in with spaghetti and meat sauce add some garlic or buttered bread some candles and your good to go!... ; )

Spaghetti, garlic bread, tossed salad. Can't get easier than that. Put a tablecloth on and some candles and it's really romantic. She'll be impressed.
