with a Ritz you could make a mini pizza with ketchup and cheese. cook it in the oven for about 5-10 minutes on 350 degrees

Depends on your taste.
With a ritz I like Spam ball
1 can spam (grated)
8 oz of cream cheese
Couple shakes of garlic salt
splash of Worchestshire sauce
1-2 tsp of horseradish--To taste

Tasty cheese and sliced sweet pickled gherkin.
Tomato slices with salt n' pepper. ( only if they are eaten instantly ..... otherwise the cracker goes soggy ).
butter, cheese and vegemite.
Hungarian salami and tomato.

I love putting tuna salad on crackers it is yummmy...
Peanut butter is good, also some kind of soft cheese.
but my favorite is the Tuna Salad! try it.
