We're very low on groceries. I have some pork stew meat. Something simple and yummy? Maybe using a campells soup?

well lets see, you could brown the meat, add a cream of mushroom soup, actually cream of anything might work.....add any veggies you have season with your favorite seasonings.....serve over pasta or rice....i wing it a lot!

Why not a good pork chilli?

salt & pepper to taste
brown pork in a pot
remove meat
chop onion and garlc add to pot and brown with olive oil
add diced tomatoes, drained can of beans, chili powder and ground cumin
deglaze pan
add meat and let simmer until meat is tender

Cheddar Potato & Gravy Bake
From: Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients:

4 medium potatoes, halved and thinly sliced (about 1 lb.)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Campbell's® Chicken Gravy
Paprika
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

SPRAY 2-qt. shallow baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.

LAYER half of potatoes in prepared dish. Top with onion and remaining potatoes. Pour gravy over all. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover.

BAKE at 350°F. for 1 hr. Uncover. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 min. or until potatoes are done,

OR

Hamburger Pie
From: Jessica S., Ohio
Prep/Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
2 kinds of shredded cheese (your choice)

Directions:

In a large skillet cook ground beef until done. Drain off fat. Add soup; mix well.

In a 9" pie pan arrange 1 pkg. of crescent rolls. Top with a layer of beef mixture and a layer of shredded cheese (do this one more time).

Arrange last pkg. of crescent rolls on top. Bake at 350°F. for 15 to 17 min. Serves 6.

Make sweet and sour pork...

brown the meat, when it is cooked stir in a little cornstarch (to thicken), add to that a can of chunk pineapple with juice, a little water, brown sugar and a splash of vinegar and just a little ketchup for color. It's made with ingredients that is in most everyone's house already...it's simple and fast. Serve it with rice.

Place the pork meat and a bottle of bbq sauce in the crock pot and let it cook all day. Serve over rice or on hamburger buns.

You could make a pork stroganoff. Cook the pork with cream of whatever soup you like. Serve over egg noodles. : )

Mix that together and perch it on some rice. You may also add some mixed veggies...
