I feel really tired and depressed and I don't know why. I have been sleeping a lot lately. I don't go anywhere and I just stay cooped up inside all day. When I do go out, people are mean to me and always say negative things. It is like they hate me because I am vegan and I am trying to the right thing with my life.

On the recipe it says to "beat with a wooden spoon". Does it HAVE to be wooden? Is there an alternative because I do not own a wooden spoon. Thanks for answers!

After you smoke marijuana, is it true that for the next couple days (or next week) your brain remains a bit "foggy?" As in, smoking marijuana this weekend might negatively affect your ability to study and perform on a test next week? Thanks for any insight.

Anyone who has been a vegetarian or vegan for longer than a minute has indeed encountered the following:

1) So, what DO you eat?

2) But, don't plants have feelings too?

3) Real men eat meat.

4) But how do you get enough protein?

...and a classic:

5) If God did not want us to eat animals why did he make meat so TASTY ???

Focus on one or take a shot at all of them. Also, feel free to add your own uninformed statement if I forgot any. Responding to these statements in a serious manner is easy-as-pie, but being able to discuss a serious subject with humor is a real gift. 10 points to the response that makes me (or the voters if it goes to voting) laugh the hardest. Thanks!

What do people think about whiskey sours? I don't see it ordered too often at bars. Is it considered a girlie drink, or is it something a man could order at a bar?

My 5 year old will only eat hot dogs and I'm tired of making him something different for dinner every night.

We're going to a dinner tonight - just us and one other couple and the other couple's home. We always bring wine - and we will tonight as well, but since it's the holidays I'd like to bring something else.

Other than cookies, what should i bring?

I don't have much time to bake, but will if it is super fast.

Brownies, cupcakes, store bought...????

A lot of city reviews on the Internet have people complaining about a lack of "nightlife" but I don't understand what that means. I'm getting the feeling that it means "bars" but I also think there are plenty of bars no matter where you go.
