Does anybody know of a meatloaf wrapped in puff pastry recipe? Thanks

Meatloaf en croute
Ingredients:
1 packet of puff pastry
1 kg of veal mince (you could use ground beef)
1 onion, blended
1 cup of olive oil
1 tomato, peeled and seeds removed
1 cup of kasseri cheese, grated
150 gr of chicken livers, boiled and finely chopped (optional)
2 slices of bread, soaked in milk
oregano
salt
freshly ground pepper


Instructions:
Place the minced veal in a bowl. Remove the bread from the milk, slice off the crusts and add to the mince. Add the onion and the garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add oregano and the grated cheese. Knead for 5-6 minutes until mixture is well combined.

Add the tomato and knead again. At this stage, you may add the chicken livers and knead again. Refrigerate the mixture for approximately an hour.

On a smooth surface, lay out 3 sheets of pastry, one on top of the other, brushing each one with oil.

Arrange the mince mixture along the length of the pastry and roll it up. Place in a greased oven tray and cook at 180C for half an hour; increase to 200C and cook for a further 20 minutes. Once it has browned, remove from the oven, allow to cool and slice.

Serve with roasted potatoes sprinkled with oregano, and a lovely green salad.

3/4 lb Ground pork
3/4 lb Ground veal
1/2 lb Ground beef
1/2 lb Ground bacon
1/2 lb Diced ham
1 x Chopped shallot
1 tbl Chopped parsley (up to 2)
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 pch Cumin
12 x Pitted prunes
1 pch Nutmeg
1 x Egg
2 tbl Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 lb Puff pastry
1 x Egg yolk
Mix all ground meats with bacon,shallot ,olive oil ,herbs and spices.Season with salt and pepper.Stir in egg to blend well. Roll out dough into 1/4 inch thickness. Place half the meat mixture in the center of dough . Place prunes along the center.Place rest of meat on top,and give it the shape of a loaf.Wrap dough around meatloaf and place it seam side down on baking pan.Make a chimney in the center ,decorate with strips of leftover dough.Brush with egg yolk and bake in a pre heated 400 degrees oven for 25 minutes.Bring heat down to300 and continue baking another 35 mins.
