We are hosting a dinner party tonight with some friends. A few weeks ago, one of the friends asked us if her parents could come also, since they will be in town. We said 'sure'.

But today, she mentioned that they are kosher... wtf?? And my wife already cooked up this big a** ham. We don't know what to do.

We are thinking about disguising it as chicken. Advice?

My wife and I have for the past few years have been sending Cheesecakes to all of our extended family members. We have been doing Juniors cheescakes the whole time. Their cheescakes are very good and cost on an average about $40 each. This year we might want to change it up a bit. can anyone recommed a great cheesecake company that you think is better than Juniors, simular in price and that ships? thanks.

I have already used curry in breadings for chicken and pork, and on potatoes...and I love the flavor.
Do you have any recipes with curry? Any types...meat, veg, pasta dishes, whatever...
Thanks a lot and Blessed be!

I bought a turkey breast two days ago and put it in the refrigerator instead of the freezer. It is defrosting, so I can't refreeze it. Is it safe until Thanksgiving? It is not quite all defrosted.

We're catering a Christmas party at the end of the month and I'm looking for new appetizer ideas rather than the same old stuff. Any ideas? (Preferably simple and not too time consuming!) Thanks!
