Who came out with the new water bottles, Poland Spring or Deer Park?

you know those new bottles with the cool tops or the ones they have now that are "Eco-shaped"? who designed them first? why do they always have the same bottle designs?

were i live deer park had them on the shelf first.... could they be owned by the same company??
