You're right not to refreeze it after it's been defrosted. Your best bet is to cook it (2-3 days after thawing) and then refreeze it after it's been cooked. It'll be great for "leftovers" or a turkey pot-pie or even for extra turkey for Thanksgiving. You can always call the store where you bought it from or the company that makes it just to be sure. Do an on-line search! Best wishes and Happy Thanksgiving!

It may take a few days to fully defrost. Look for an expiration date on package but I would say it should be fine as long as it is not past expiration date

It surely wouldn't be good by Thanksgiving. You can refreeze, especially since it hasn't completely thawed. What sometimes happens when you refreeze, is you lose some quality of flavor. So either re-freeze, or toss it. I would definitely not chance any meat thawed for several days.

Is U.S. Thanksgiving on the 22nd of November? If so, I think you should cook it now and reheat it later. I doubt it would keep that long in the fridge without spoiling.

You need to cook it as soon as its defrosted. If not you need to throw it away.
