I would love to but my hubby wont allow it. (he ate it ALOT as a child growing up 3-4 nights a week they ate pancakes)
Breakfast food is probably my favorite (made cinnamon raisen french toast this morning YUMM!!) but if I could I would make thick sliced bacon cooked in the oven with brown sugar (Thank you Martha Stewart for that one) eggs, fried potatoes with onion, biscuits and gravy, and cinnamon raisen french toast.
lol told ya I loved it !!

Yes, and sometimes I even do dinner for breakfast! I'm so odd, but I get sick of breakfast foods very easily and have a high paced job...so sometimes I have to eat something really filling before an 8 hour shift because I hardly have time to eat during it!
I love traditional bacon, eggs, home fries, bagels, croissants, toast, etc. I'll usually stop at a quick mart like WaWa or 7 eleven and get a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich if I'm really in a hurry. Yum!!

Yes we do like it a little later, I am not a morning person, so I usually eat a real light breakfast or wait for a bigger meal later. . We love to have friends and family over about once a month for a brunch and this is what we sometimes have.
Ham and cheese quiches, stuffed french toast, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, in the summer we do fresh berries, cantelope, honey dew melons, and watermelons, scones, various kinds of breakfast meats, bacon, sausage, ham steaks, hash brown casserole, homemade blueberry muffins, cinnamon rolls, breakfast casseroles, gourmet coffees, and various teas, grape, orange, or apple juice and milk.
Happy Brunching!!! :))

Do you mean brunch or dinner? Brunch is inbetween breakfast and lunch, thus the combination of those two terms. Dinner is what you eat at the end of the day. So which one are you asking, later in the morning, or for supper? Breakfast for supper at my house is generally either pancakes and eggs or sausage, eggs, and biscuits, or sausage, biscuits and gravy, or any other possible combination of quickly-cooked breakfast foods. It's pretty much the same for brunch.

My mother used to make breakfast supper for us kids and we loved it. Now I don't eat bacon any more. Sometimes I eat gravy biscuits though. For brunch I sometimes make wholegrain pancakes with blueberries and nuts in them with no syrup I love to drink Black Mountain Gold columbian supreme coffee and a glass of soy milk.

brunch huh... well for breakfast i'll have some cereal or bowl of fruit cottage cheese and toast... brunch shouldn't be so heavy.. maybe yogurt or some more fruit. i'd have some protein for lunch and dinner would be pretty light too. but your idea sounds yummy...
