Well booze is supposed to give way to your passions and make you lose your inhabit ions. But how many women can say that their drunk one night stands were carried out because of their secret sober thoughts?...Not many men or women....we've all heard of "coyote ugly" right?
And just because you get in a car to drive drunk doesn't necessarily mean you have a secret death wish, it just means you're and idiot.
So I would vote not true at all

Absolutely true. It doesn't tweak what you think, just lessens your inhibitions. The things you would hold back come flying out.

One of the truest statements I've ever heard.
Another one is:
"Truer things are said in jest."
