I know a bloke who does, but if they are in their packaging they would be fine and not wasted.
Best before is usually still OK if its just a couple of weeks out.
Use by would be more risky but who hasn't risked it before when desperate, tee, hee!

A few hours of research into the mortality of British vegetarians has turned up some interesting facts. People that eat fish, but not usually meat, live the longest, followed by vegetarians and occasional meat eaters (tied for second place) with Vegans and heavy meat consumers both having the shortest life spans (again a tie).

The Seventh Day Adventist study concluded that the veggies were healthier because of overall healthier eating patterns, eating more fruit, veg, nuts and legumes, and that it was unlikely to be not eating flesh that was the reason for their better health. A British study into the mortality of vegetarians concluded the same thing, pointing out that vegetarians were also from a better social class and had a healthier lifestyle generally.

If you want to disagree with me feel free, but please provide sources for stats or facts. I'm into a diet research phase, and I need some one to bicker constructively with.

My dad told my mom yesterday that nobody eats freedom fries anymore. And when I asked if I could have some he told me that they are no longer sold.

saturday night at 2 am, my friends and i got pulled over. they were both drunk and i wasn't cause i was driving. i only drank 1.5 bears and about 3/4 of a shot of vodka at around 8 early that night.(6 hrs before we got pulled over) we got off the hook with the cop, but would i have blown anything on the breathalizer? im 6 ft 2in and about 175 lbs if that mattters. if i didnt blow anything, would i have still got in trouble for just driving two drunk 17 years olds. im 16

I'm 5'10, 120 lbs. I can drink 3 shooters of vodka in 45 minutes and not feel a thing. Could I take 11 'shooterdrinks' in 4 hours and not get drunk? Which means approx. 1 shooter every 20 minutes or would the amount of alcohol stack up and cause drunkeness? I need to drink that amount if I want to have a free jacket before the promotion ends, but I don't want to be plastered! Any advice on how to drink without getting too drunk? (I have to walk home alone)

I thought that meats, when well-smoked, and sealed in plastic, were virtually non-perishable. Maybe I'm incorrect. If it is possible, where could I find a turkey prepped like this? I'm thinking they would make great donations for holiday food drives.

I have attempted to make a christmas cake for the first time today, it has come out fine, apart from the top has cracked.........when I ice the cake in a few weeks time, do I need to cut the top off the cake to create a flat surface or will this spoil the cake? I want the icing to look nice and smooth as I have bought some of those lovely little decs to go on the top. It is a fruit cake containing whisky and the fruit was boiled in sherry etc. I have spent alot on this cake and would like it to be 'right' when it is finished.

I am planning to use ready rolled marzipan and icing as I have never done this before.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I was just thinking about this. Those little things, are born into slavery if they are born into the slaughterhouse, you are born only to be killed or trafficked for our pleasure. Its strange b/c if they said stop in our language then we would, but no one can listen to their poor cries. I really don't want to eat meat anymore, but eating light foods gets me dizzy. What do vegetarians really eat?

First off which is better to use as far as ease and good cooking,gas or electric?

Once you have the meat smoked can you eat it with out cooking it?Or is it still in the needs to be cooked stage?
Is there a web sight that gives good information on smoking meats and has a few recipes ..I know you need to make a brine to soak it in before smoking,but how do you know how long to do this..Suppose I wanted to smoke a turkey.now this would probably have to sit in the brine longer than fish,right..Well if you all can share some info.
