Just to let you know this meal will take place at 7:00am - that's why it'll be a "breakfast" meal.

Appetiser: Just some salads, Tuna/Egg for the fish people, Feta/random stuff for the vegetarians and some Salami/Other random meat for the meat people!

After Main Course (pre-dessert): Just toast with wine or water, something to get the egg-sausage taste out, it's kind of a strong taste I reckon xD

Dessert: Chocolate Fudge with some sweet coloured sprinkles sprinkled on top and around it!!!

have fuN!!

Offer a fruit. You already have a veggie and protein covered. Cranberry is traditional. Then again egg/sausage casserole isn't really... Does that help?

A 24 hour salad, you can look that up in "Allrecipes"; or any kind of mixed fruit salad. Make sure to include marschino cherries and grapes for color.

I make this cassarole also and I usually have a hashbrown cassarole and some fruit along with it. Also, you could serve muffins and danish for the people who do not like eggs or sausage.

Hi Holly,

Tater tots sound good (http://www.pallotticenter.org/Current/RecipeOfTheWeek/tater_tot_casserole.htm), but you need a nice bowl of mixed breakfast fruit, too. (http://www.cooksrecipes.com/salad/ambrosia-holiday-fruit-salad.html)

And a batch of monkey bread for those with a sweet tooth!

Happy Holly-day Chef!
