Take a salmon fillet

1 add some butter to a frying pan and allow to go golden brown just till it starts to smoke

2 Squeeze some lemon juice in to the butter and add the salmon fillet. ( skin down as this stops it curling up in the pan)

3. cook for about 3 minutes on each side.

Sauce

Take a pepper Red Deceed and slice fine add to a liquidiser
with 1 table spoon Virgin Oil and liquidise then get some soft cream cheese add to the pepper and oil mix

then add to the fillet

That's funny, a friend of mine is expecting and I just made her Salmon Croquettes. I used canned salmon (be sure to de-bone carefully. I add and egg or two, some cracker crumbs and spices. Old Bay is great but use sparingly since you don't want it too hot..

Anything Chinese is great.

But for a really nice taste sensation for a side?

Gin and Pomegranite cocktails are the BEST for being kind to the little one as well as a delicious self-indulgence.
