Yes, but it was a bit difficult. I had to because of conflicts with medication and I feel so much better now.
It is now interesting when I go out to a bar or restaurant and I see everyone else drinking and how foolish they are get after a few drinks.
Being one of the few sober people is extremely entertaining!

i am assuming stop drinking. depending on how long u have been drinking. if u were drinking causal i would say yes. if not it is harder, just thinking even if u drink causal u are still drinking. so now i would say it can be done, but its not ease.

i could stop anytime i want because i only drink with friends anyway, my husband and i rarely drink at home.

addictions are very bad...in some cases yes you can, but most, no, your going to need help to stop.
