I just answered this question when you posted it a few seconds ago. Once again, how on earth did you get the one and a half bears to come out of hibernation so your could drink them?

6 Hrs and the equivalent of less than 3 drinks. No, not likely. The average person processes alcohol out of their system at a rate of 1 drink per hour after they have stopped. So the less than 3 drinks should have been out of you in 3 hours or about 3 hours before you took the test.
Fasteddy:
Refusal to take a breathalyzer test is considered an admission of guilt in most states. The last thing you want to do is refuse, I had a buddy who did.. Got resisting and obstruction tacked on to a DUI.

Try to prevent cops from needing a reason to administer a breathalizer test on you.
To answer your question, how many ounces of beer? What kind of beer was it? "About a shot of vodka?" How much is about? How much do you weigh? Did you eat prior to consuming the alcohol. Without those answers, anyone providing a response is guessing.
EDIT: Stinky: too funny!!!

Theoretically no. The human liver processes about an ounce of alcohol per hour. A 12 oz. beer, a 1 & 1/2 ounce shot, and a 6 oz glass of wine all have the same amount of alcohol in them (1 ounce). So, theoretically, with the amount you drank, it would be about 3 oz. of alcohol and would take three hours to process.

My lawyer has advised me to never take a Breathalyzer test. It is one more piece of evidence against you.
