You have to be 18 or older to sit at the bar.
You can be there as long as you want. and sometimes if you're lucky they'll give you alcohol if they think your over 21 they might not even ask for ID..

No - You can not be in a bar unless you are 21. If you are at a restaurant with a bar area (like Friday's), you can sit in that area, just not at the bar.

It depends on the city ordinance. Most places are 21 to enter. But in a local college town you only have to be 19 to enter. I have even heard of 18 to enter, 21 to drink. But if the city says you have to be 21 then the bars have to follow it or they can risk a chance of losing their city liquor license.
