I met a woman who uses white corelle bowls in her coffee shop. Most have broken and she is looking for a certain bowl. Are there places that supply to businesses like hers. She wants a certain Corelle bowl. Thanks.

I tried to make pesto sauce the other day from a recipe I found in a vegetarian cookbook, but it turned out really bad. It had a really nasty leafy taste to it, and I didn't even put in as much basil as the recipe called for! What went wrong? How do you make perfect pesto pasta sauce?

I'll also take any good casserole-like recipes you care to share. :) I am looking for dishes that my hubby can prepare quickly or ahead of time (he does the cooking) so we can eat when I get home from work. Thanks in advance! :)

My hubby is coming home from Afghanistan on the 14 May 07. He has to go to Fort Drum, New York before he can come back to Alabama. I am throwing him a surprise party when he gets to Alabama but what am I missing? Here is what I got so far:
Balloons, garland, plates, cups, napkins, American flags, chips, pretzels, frozen meats (chicken, steaks, ribs, etc.), grill, stereo, tablecloths, sparkle candles, can drinks, cake mixes and icing for the cake and cupcakes, those decoration things that you put on cakes and cupcakes, roasting pans and covers or the meat to go in, plastic utensils, lots of decorations that can be put in the ground (red, white, and blue flowers, flag pinwheels, etc.), I am going to invite the people later since I don't know the exact day he will be here, bags of ice I will buy closer to party, and that's all I have. I want this to be HUGE! He is gettting out of the Army on medical discharge and I want this to be the best for him. What else can I get? More foods? What?

I work a 10 hours shift, and I have a great, low fat eating habits. I have no microwave at work, and I try to stay away from can, or frozen food. I already know about peanut better and Jelly, veggies, fruits, and dries nuts and fruits. What other type of food can I take to work that does not require much cooking? Humus, barley.....

Thanks

I love hard boiled eggs for nothing more then the convenience. Hard boiled eggs are great for me becuase they are loaded with protien and they are easy to eat anywhere. Unfortunately I occasionally get a batch that is impossable to get the shell off of. By the time I get the shell peeled I am looking at a mangled yolk ball and I lose most of the egg white which is the best part. So how do I know how long to cook the eggs so they ar perfect and easy to remove the shell?
