Bagel is probably healthier, less fat than muffins. Like you, I have not had a breakfast burrito before.

I like all 3 not at the same time but I eat a few of each when I want to. Bagels are good when you have something to put on them besides butter. The breakfast burrito is good but it's different. It would depend on what you like and don't like mixed together. Go ahead and try one though. You can buy them fairly cheap at Wal-Mart or even at Aldi's .

Breakfast burrito man! Yummy! Scramble some eggs, throw some sausage/ham in there, sprinkle some cheese in there, put it in a tortilla, and maybe put some hot sauce on it or something. Try the burrito. They are really good. It depends if you make it or where you get it from though.

A burrito is easy to make. Just use a wrap or tortilla. Make eggs with shredded cheddar, onions, peppers and sliced breakfast sausage and wrap it, use salsa or hot sauce if you want.
