The most similar dish to potato wedges is 'patatas bravas', which you will find in tapas bars - it is cubed potatoes served with a spicy tomato sauce. Delicious.

The closest thing to them would be "patatas bravas" however that way they would be served with a spicy tomato sauce known as salsa brava. Otherwise they are "patatas fritas".
