What is you Favorite Nigerian Food?

I like me some Ebba and egusi soup, plantain and beans and some stew, yam and stew, pepper soup, I like most of the general stuff I have eaten. I hate Popo gari and couple other things. Oh yeah major favorite Banga soup and strach.

Egusi with amla, plaintains fried in red palm oil, suya, and man oh man did I have a great dish of yams and black eyed peas stewed together. No bush meat please.

tried yam n eggs its good....fried plantain i think thats wat they call it
