Whilst living in France I loved the drink Kir Royale which is made up of white wine and some sort of "cassis" spirit/mixer. Does anyone know what this second ingredient is (and if it is alcoholic) and if it is available anywhere in the UK?

do you drink it likes its water...do you even enjoy it any more...when was the last time you had a really good cup of coffee...I go to dunkin and I will get a lousey cup of coffee and I will drink it..because I am addicted to it..but I miss getting a really good cup of coffee..I do make espresso at home and its good ..not good as in Italy...born there...but close enough to enjoy it..I think I drink too much that its not enjoyable as it once was...do you feel that way as well..are you addicted to coffee..and will drink any lousey cup of coffee to get your fix...

All my friends are in Raleigh (I'm not too far outside it, military base) and I travel up there to see them and party on St Patrick's Day. Each year we run around Glenwood searching for Green Beer. And so far, we fail every year.

We used to go to a great bar in college where they had green beer but alas now we are in Raleigh.

So my question--does anyone know of a bar in Raleigh where I can go drink green beer this year?
