I HAVE HAD THIS TOFU FOR THREE WEEKS. It has no smell. I cooked it in scambeled eggs. It tasted great to me.

It do not get spoiled in cold temperatures. It just acts like cottage cheese.Chinese people use tofu in their staple diet especially farmers class people as they usually cant afford meat to eat. So tofu is a good alternate for meat.

I believe its one week and you have to change the water in the container everyday.
