All my friends are in Raleigh (I'm not too far outside it, military base) and I travel up there to see them and party on St Patrick's Day. Each year we run around Glenwood searching for Green Beer. And so far, we fail every year.
We used to go to a great bar in college where they had green beer but alas now we are in Raleigh.
So my question--does anyone know of a bar in Raleigh where I can go drink green beer this year?

I can't believe I'm adding this as an additional detail but if you've never heard of the city of Raleigh (that would be the topic I'm asking about) then please don't answer. wow--did i really just have to say that?

One suggestion is hardly enough. Are you people going to let me fail yet again? You have to have had green beer on St Pats day at some point!

Last year I drank green beer at TGI Fridays.
There's one in Cary, NC.
I live in Holly Springs, NC and I'm gonna go to a draft house here for green beer if they have it.

Sorry I don't know, but I know just about every bar in Charlotte has green beer on St. Patty's Day.

I dont know where "Raleigh is" hun! But, where I'm from we used to have an "Irish-Pub" called: "Joe Jost's" and it was a "Sport's Pub" and they had all kinds of tv's with every kind of sports on each one, of them, and they've even shut down the street, to make movie's in this particular "Pub!!" Is that not cool or what!! We used to want to go past the orange cones, to try to sneak peaks to see what "Movie Star's" were in there, you know.. but 'Security' was way too high, for any of us to get passed the cones.. However, at "Joe Jost's", they would make "Green beer" on St.Patrick's day, and have all kinds of good eats, for people who liked to munch as they drank , and the whole atmosphere was so "Down-Home" you know.. It was the coolest Pub, in the whole city of Long Beach, Cal... In fact, it was just "Beautiful inside"!!! They had everything all "Natural Polished wood" and benches, plus, round table's with bar stools, and lots of pictures of Ireland, all around, it was just "Fabulously Looking!!!" I hope you can find a way to go to your favorite "Pub" hun!! Oh, and a "Happy St. Patties Day, to you!!! Myself, and my two son's got "Babtised in Water" in Bullhead exactly 10 years ago today, on St.Patrick's day!! Is that not cool, or what?!!! Smile!!
