Most dessert pizzas include a tart or sugar cookie crust combined with various fruits layered on top and some kind of glaze covering everything. There are also a lot of dessert pizzas without fruit though...they mainly consist of chocolate and other sweet toppings.
Since you are looking for a pizza with dried figs and chocolate, here are some recipes you may want to try:
Chocolate Cookie Pizza
http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chocolate-Cookie-Pizza/Detail.aspx
For this recipe, you can even use a pre-made cookie dough to cut down on time. For the toppings, I would cut out the m&m's and coconut. You can get creative with the toppings, but the recipe has a good base to work with.
Fresh Fig Dessert Pizza
http://www.thatsmyhome.com/venettos/figpoz.htm
This recipe calls for fresh figs, but you can substitute the dried figs you have on hand.
Fig and Goat Cheese Dessert Pizza with Port Reduction
http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,1977,FOOD_9936_19840,00.html
This recipe already includes dried figs as an ingredient, so you should be all set with this one!
Hope I helped! :)

Chocolate Pizza
I found this in my Rachel Ray magazine.
Pizza Dough Recipe
Prep Time: 20 min.
-------------------------
One 1/4-ounce packet active dry yeast(2 1/4 tsp)
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
4 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
-------------------------
1. Place 1 1/2 cups warm water in a medium bowl. Stir in the yeast and sugar and let stand until foamy, about 10 min.
2. In a large bowl, combine 3 cups flour and the salt. Make a will in the center, pour in the yeast mixture and stir with a wooden spoon; the dough will feel sticky and elastic. Transfer to a floured work surface and dust with somme of the remaining flour. Knead for 7 to 8 min., adding flour a little ar a time as necessary until the dough is smooth and springy. Wach and dry the bowl then lightly grease with oil. Return the dough to the bowl, cover tightly with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
3. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and cut into thirds; wrap each piece tightly in plastic wrap.

Chocolate Pizza
Prep Time: 15 min
Bake Time: 5 min
------------------------
One-third of pizza dough recipe
Chocolate-hazelnut spread (Nutella)
Vanilla ice cream
-------------------------
1. Invert a large baking sheet and place it on a rack in the lower third of the oven; preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Invert a second baking sheet on a work surface and cover it with a sheet of parchment paper. Stretch dough to fit the parchment paper.
2. Slide the pizza and the parchment from the cool baking sheet to the hot baking sheet in the oven. Bake until golden brown, about 5 min. Cut into pieces and sandwich chocolate-hazelnut spream and ice cream between 2 pieces.
* To change the recipe I would spread the figs on top of the hazelnut spread, then take some white icing, like the type that comes with cinnamon raisin buns, and zig zag that across the top. Then you could even put the ice cream right next to it at last minute.
Hope this helped. Bon apetit!

I remember my mother making one years ago with a sugar cookie crust, chocolate syrup, cherries(red and green), chocolate chips, kiwis, bananas and almond bark.
I think you could make one up starting with the crust(sugar cookie rolled out in a piza pan and baked until done)and build it up with anything you want. Just write it down as you go so if you like it, you can do it again.

I would use a brownie mix for the crust, and cream cheese(w/sugar) for the "sauce". Some strawberry sauce would be good too. Then top with whatever you have for fruit!
