I don't know if you have a mixer but you could beat these ingredients by hand(just takes a little more muscle).
Graham cracker crust in a 9x13 pan
1 small box lemon jello
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
1 c. boiling water
1 large can milnot (evaporated milk)
Mix cream cheese and sugar together.
Whip milnot with mixer or wisk. Mix into cream cheese and sugar mixture.
Dissolve jello with cup of boiling water.
Mix everything together. Chill 2 hours.
You can serve plain or with a topping. My favorite is a can of cherry pie filling on the top.

This is one of the best I have had. I recommend it to anyone! It is fairly simple to make and comes out perfect for me. I am a trained culinary chef with a emphasis on pastry arts so this is my specialty. To make perfect cheesecake there are techniques required however, if you follow Tyler's instructions it will come out very good.
I have another one I received while in training in France but it is a signature recipe that I cannot give out. Nothing compares to it that I have ever had.
