someone recommended buying a usd100 ozonizer or sonicator or zappicator. are the natural ingredients like vinegar and baking soda helpful in making dirty vegetables become organic or safe enough for juicing. what do i do if i do not have usd 100 or budget to buy the ozonizer?we need answers to keep sickly working people from disease

Tasty Snacks (but healthy) - Need Help?

Does anyone have tasty snack suggestions. Anything that is healthier than chips, chocolate, ice cream, donuts, etc...
If it's a recipe or something you buy at the store, any tips I'd appreciate. But please make sure it's real tasty! I don't mind eating veggies and fruits and I do like them. That's not exactly what I'm talking about though.. Thanx in advance!!!

Do you really eat the recommended serving of cereal (like it suggests on the box)?

I think the serving sizes are little crazy. I know I exceed the serving for sure. 3/4 cup or even a cup of cereal is really nothing.

Is their a cure for frozen pea addiction?

I eat about 2 lbs of frozen peas (still frozen) (stop and shop brand) a week. Is there a cure. My mom is mad and will no longer buy them because she thinks I need to eat something else.
