Does anyone know how to make sweet braised chicken and pork, it is sweet, fried and uses something to make it?

firm and crispy. I think it is chinese???

Sweet and sour Chick or pork (shrimp, too!)

The sour is not very sour, just a little balance to the sweetness (like lemonade).

Braised chicken and pork, I am literally laughing right now....lol
I have never heard of braised chicken and pork, but if it is tasty I want to try it,.
