Does anyone have tasty snack suggestions. Anything that is healthier than chips, chocolate, ice cream, donuts, etc...
If it's a recipe or something you buy at the store, any tips I'd appreciate. But please make sure it's real tasty! I don't mind eating veggies and fruits and I do like them. That's not exactly what I'm talking about though.. Thanx in advance!!!

bruschetta is good....take some bagels and top them with sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, then pop them in the oven (350) for a few minutes.

they are tasty and good for you and they let you chew something for a while.

have a nice day!

I like mixing honey-roasted peanuts, almonds, and cranberries together for a snack. You could also try a tasty protein or granola bar, or slices of angel food cake with strawberries and low/no-fat whipped cream. Organic fruit strips and fruit bars are good choices as well!

For a snack when I have the munchies I like having yogurt, flavoured or none with added cereal(favorably corn flakes). Mix it together and presto.

Or try low fat frozen yogurt from a grocery store. One scoop is harmless and tides you over. (I sometimes put cereal, or fruit with it mixed, it gives it the extra something, not for everyone though)

Bananas with peanut butter and honey mixed together on it. Then you put some granola on it.

I really don't know anything heathy and good besides fruit off the top of my head.

I like dried banana covered in yogurt, there quite expensive though at around £1 per packet.

Dried fruit such as raisins or apple flakes are nice too.
