I eat about 2 lbs of frozen peas (still frozen) (stop and shop brand) a week. Is there a cure. My mom is mad and will no longer buy them because she thinks I need to eat something else.

Just a word to the wise. While frozen vegetables are perfectly safe they have been blanched (cooked to over 180 degrees F) and frozen --they are not sterile.
So as it says on their directions cook before use. So it is a smart idea to steam or cook first ESPECIALLY FOR VERY SMALL CHILDREN.
Here is an idea. Buy the new STEAM FRESH BIRDSEYE brand peas --- all you have to do is place the whole bag in the microwave for about 3 minutes and you are all done and still plenty crispy -almost fresh like. Try them maybe your mom will start liking them too.

But your Mom should be proud that you eat your veggies! I don't understand why this is bad- I mean- they are healthy for you- what are you not saying? Are you ruining your teeth crushing down on the frozen peas?
