Start by thoroughly washing the celery stalks, then place water in a container that is long enough for a full stalk(ie: because a cut up one rots faster). place the stalks in the container with water with the lid tightly seeled, place in the fridge and eat when wanted. Do keep in mind that vegetables will go bad if not eatin within a reasonable time period... Hope this helps!

the aluminum foil is the way to go, it keep the celery in the 'dark' which is good for it.

Wash it and put the stalks in a container with water just like you were putting fresh flowers in a vase. I do this and it does work.

sounds weird but wrap it in bubble wrap keeps it protected and moist but but the condensation forms between the bubbles so it will prevent sogginess and decay
